Stéphane Carrade to Lead Michelin-Starred Dining Series at CIRE, Alila Villas Uluwatu
CIRE at Alila Villas Uluwatu will host a three-day Michelin-starred dining series from 15 to 17 January 2026, featuring degustation dinners and a brunch by French chef Stéphane Carrade inspired by Gascon cuisine and Balinese ingredients.
