Held every Friday from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM at DONBIU Restaurant, this dining experience offers guests a vibrant journey through Asia’s rich culinary traditions, with a diverse range of dishes from Chinese, Japanese, Indonesian, Peranakan, and Indian cuisines. Priced at IDR 450,000+ per person, the buffet promises an immersive exploration of Asia’s complex and flavorful dishes.
Inspired by the region’s famed street food culture, the buffet is designed to resemble local food stalls, each offering freshly prepared, authentic dishes. Diners can enjoy specialties such as succulent Peking Duck and a selection of dim sum at the Chinese station, while the Peranakan stall serves up Singaporean Laksa. The Japanese section features fresh sushi and Takoyaki, and the Indonesian stall offers Martabak and various satays. From the Indian stall, the aromatic Lamb Masaledar is a standout, showcasing the deep flavors of Indian cuisine.
