Since opening in November 2019, Nidcielo has built its identity around Spanish cuisine with Japanese-influenced flavors at its restaurant in Gunawarman, South Jakarta. Seven years into its journey, the restaurant continues to offer a dining experience shaped by its food, atmosphere and the occasions that bring people around the table.
At the heart of Nidcielo is the spirit of Spanish dining, with flavorful dishes designed to be enjoyed together and a sense of conviviality that encourages guests to spend time around the table. Japanese influences are incorporated into the flavors of selected dishes, adding another dimension while keeping the Spanish foundation at the center of the menu.
The current menu includes dishes such as Croquetas de Gambas, Ajillo Classico, Slow Cooked Beef Tongue and Paella de Mariscos, subject to menu availability. Together, the dishes offer different expressions of Nidcielo’s approach to Spanish-inspired cooking with Japanese-influenced flavors.
The dining experience at Nidcielo extends beyond the food. The restaurant’s atmosphere, service, drinks and the company around the table are all part of the experience, whether for an intimate dinner, a gathering with friends, a personal celebration or a business meal.
Located in the SOHO Building on Gunawarman, Nidcielo offers a setting for diners looking to explore a distinct culinary identity in South Jakarta. Rather than focusing on a single dish or occasion, the restaurant brings together its food, setting and hospitality as part of its overall character.
For diners interested in discovering Spanish cuisine with a Japanese twist, Nidcielo continues to offer its own interpretation of the combination from its Gunawarman address, where it has been part of the neighborhood’s dining landscape since 2019.
