Ade Putri Paramadita presents her special Nusantara recipes at La Moda – by Hyatt from 21 November to 4 December 2022 as part of Plaza Indonesia Culinary Festival program.
The talented culinary storyteller presents four unique creations: nasi goreng rawon or spiced fried rice with kluwek, braised-beef shank and salted sunny side up; sate ayam woku & dabu lilang or spiced chicken thigh satay with Manadonese salsa; gohu tuna or minced tuna in lemon cui juice and other herbs; and es rujak with mango, jicama, water apple, spicy peanut and palm sugar sauce. These dishes are available to order from the à la-carte menu for a limited time.
Born and raised in a family of food enthusiasts, Ade Putri is a culinary storyteller who hosts several online and radio cooking shows. Recently, she appeared as the local guide in ‘Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted series on National Geographic. Ade Putri is active in Aku Cinta Makanan Indonesia, a movement to promote Indonesian cuisine, and her co-owned food and beverage ventures.
