Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach will debut its Stroberi Festival on September 5–6, 2026, bringing a weekend of strawberry-focused food and entertainment to the resort’s beachfront in Seminyak. Running from 4PM onwards, the two-day festival will highlight fresh strawberry harvests from Bedugul through a range of culinary creations, beverages, wellness activities, and live entertainment.
The festival opens on Saturday, September 5, with a mascot welcome and the creation of what the hotel describes as a potentially record-breaking strawberry shortcake. Throughout the weekend, visitors can also browse food stalls serving creative dishes and drinks made with strawberries.
Beyond the food offerings, the program includes pop-up treatments by Sava Spa and sunset strawberry yoga sessions, which are open to both hotel guests and outside visitors. The festival will also feature strawberry-eating competitions for children and adults, alongside a strawberry-themed treasure hunt and cupcake decorating activities for younger visitors.
The event is designed to connect Bali’s agricultural highlands with its coastal tourism scene, with Bedugul’s strawberry harvest taking center stage at the beachfront festival.
“With Stroberi Festival, we wanted to create something truly unique that connects our vibrant Seminyak neighborhood with the local produce from the highlands in Bedugul,” said Andreas Bergel, General Manager of Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach and Area General Manager of IHG Hotels & Resorts Indonesia. “This event is more than just a celebration of fresh flavors, it’s about bringing people together to support local agriculture, spark creativity, and share unforgettable seaside moments with family and friends.”
The Stroberi Festival will be open to hotel guests and walk-in visitors on September 5–6, with activities beginning from 4PM.
