IGNIV Bangkok will host the latest edition of its IGNIV Party on 28 June 2026, bringing together chefs, bartenders, and hospitality professionals from across Bangkok for an evening of collaborative dining and cocktails. Held at the one-MICHELIN-starred restaurant at The St. Regis Bangkok, the one-night event reflects IGNIV’s philosophy of sharing, conviviality, and informal fine dining.
The event will feature guest appearances from several of Bangkok’s restaurants and bars, with participating chefs and bartenders presenting dishes and drinks created specifically for the occasion. Guests will be able to move freely between food and beverage stations throughout the evening, sampling a range of offerings while interacting directly with the culinary teams.
Michelin-Starred and Bangkok Dining Talent Come Together
Joining IGNIV Bangkok for this edition is Elements, inspired by Ciel Bleu, represented by one-MICHELIN-starred Chef Gerard Villaret. The event will also welcome Appia Trattoria, represented by Chef Paolo and Chef Don, whose restaurant has become known for its Roman-inspired cuisine and communal dining approach.
Together with IGNIV’s culinary team, the chefs will present a selection of signature bites created exclusively for the event, highlighting their individual culinary styles while embracing the shared dining format that defines the IGNIV concept.
Cocktails and Tea-Based Creations
The beverage programme will feature guest bartenders from several of Bangkok’s hospitality venues. Among them is Fatboy Bar, known for its Japanese-inspired cocktail programme. Bartenders Stephan, Joe, and Palm will present a selection of drinks that showcase the bar’s playful approach to mixology and storytelling.
Also joining the line-up is Davide Sambo, Tea Bar Manager of Avantcha Tea & Cocktail Bar Bangkok, who will introduce tea-based beverages that combine traditional tea craftsmanship with contemporary cocktail techniques.
Representing the host venue, Nongyao “Yu” Phutsorn of IGNIV Bar will serve cocktails reflecting the bar’s approachable yet refined style.
A Celebration of Sharing and Hospitality
Since its opening, IGNIV Bangkok has built its identity around the concept of sharing, with menus designed to encourage interaction and communal dining. The IGNIV Party extends that philosophy beyond the restaurant’s regular service, bringing together culinary and beverage professionals from different venues in a more informal setting.
Throughout the evening, guests will be able to enjoy a progression of signature bites and cocktails while engaging with chefs, bartenders, and fellow diners, creating an atmosphere centred on conversation and hospitality.
IGNIV Party will take place on Sunday, 28 June 2026, from 8 PM onwards at IGNIV Bangkok, The St. Regis Bangkok. Tickets are priced at THB 2,500 net per person, including free-flow cocktails and signature bites. An early-bird rate of THB 1,900 net per person is available for reservations confirmed by 21 June 2026.
