Singapore, 21 April 2026 ATLAS unveils new cocktail collection “Daughters of Atlas” inspired by the seven sisters of Pleiades and daughters of the titan Atlas in Greek myth. Each drink represents the seven daughters adhering to qualities specific to each sister, from light non alcoholic drinks to spirit forward cocktails. Meant to be enjoyed throughout the night as the day gets darker, this new 7 chapter menu marks the first creation by new head bartender Esmeralda Castrogiovanni.
“Daughters of Atlas” being a very personal project for the Esmeralda, as the menu reflects both the theme of the seven sisters but also her own journey. “This menu is personal to me,” shares Esmeralda Castrogiovanni, Head Bartender at ATLAS. “Moving to Asia for the first time was a significant shift, and what drew me to ATLAS was the strength of its identity, the care and intention behind every detail. With Daughters of ATLAS, I wanted to build on that foundation and bring my own story into it. What you see on the menu is where those two things meet.”
From afternoon to night, "Daughters of Atlas"
Meant to be enjoyed throughout the afternoon into the night, the 16 cocktail menu follows a progression from non-alcoholic to spirit led drinks, each drink is presented with its ABV and descriptions that allow guests to navigate and follow along the menu’s drinks.
The first chapter of the menu Alcyone opens with four non-alocholic drinks. Among them Cartographer is a Banana led drink with caramel notes. Guests can also choose to include alcohol into the four drinks.
The second chapter, Merope. Golden Hour brings together sherry notes, along with oloroso and Pedro Ximénez with caramelised roasted butternut squash, and finished with a fried sage garnish. Bringing the warm and romantic chapter together.
Maia, features Wingbeat, a more herbaceous drink takes Tzatziki as an inspiration delivering a clean and creamy profile to bring about the grounded and enduring nature of the eldest daughter to the chapter.
Taygete’s chapter is defined by freedom, featuring a light floral cocktail The Doe, vodka combined with peach, jasmine, and passito (a sun dried dessert wine). Served in a tulip glass with a aromatic gel and edible flower garnish.
Meanwhile Electra, features Apple Aria a clean and minimal drink bringing together the bitterness and crispiness of green apple with smoky notes from mezcal and rounded with elderflower notes. Served with ginger candy to help heighten the drinks flavour.
The final chapter,Calaeno features The Illusionist Inspired by a classic French dish, duck à l’orange. duck-fat washed rye and cognac are mixed and balanced with orange gastrique and finished with champagne.
Signature Classics and Negronis
Alongside the release of “Daughters of Atlas”, ATLAS also continues to present 17 signature cocktails. Inluding the ATLAS martini, made with the bars own gin, alongside 7 seven variations of gin and tonic.
A new addition to the menu is Negroni Rituals, a trio of cocktails re-imagining the classic negroni through different perspectives. The ATLAS Negroni, a returning drink from previous menus now with added frankincense. Following that is By the Ounce, a warmer, spice led drink, and finally which offers a deeper taste through Ford’s Gin and Mancino Kopi, and a coffee chocolate garnish. The signature cocktails, the Negroni Rituals and “Daughters of Atlas” allow guests to explore the menu at ATLAS while also being able to enjoy the familiar classics
