SKAI Bar & Grill has introduced The Wood-Fired Experience, a weekly dining programme held every Thursday, featuring Mediterranean-inspired dishes prepared using wood-fired cooking techniques. The programme takes place at the restaurant’s rooftop venue overlooking the Legian coastline, offering two dining sessions from 12 PM to 5 PM and 5.30 PM to 10.30 PM.

Priced at IDR 499,000+ per person, the experience is structured as a free-flow à la carte format, with dishes centred on wood-fired cooking. The menu highlights the use of fire as a key technique to develop flavour and texture, drawing from Mediterranean culinary traditions.

Several dishes from SKAI’s previous brunch series are included in the programme, such as Roasted Chicken Harissa and Charcoal-Roasted Snapper Fillet, both of which reflect the menu’s focus on grilling and seasoning.

The evening session introduces a different atmosphere, with live entertainment including DJ sets and saxophone performances. The dining experience is complemented by a selection of cocktails and mocktails designed to accompany the menu.

Positioned as an extension of SKAI Bar & Grill’s dining programme, The Wood-Fired Experience combines a structured menu with a more flexible dining format, built around fire-based cooking and a coastal setting in Legian.
