Whisky Live Jakarta 2026 is returning with a broader outlook on how fine drinks are enjoyed today. Whisky is now placed alongside wine, sake, and crafted spirits, creating experiences that feel more open and layered. This change reflects how gatherings are shifting away from single-focus tastings toward settings that encourage wider exploration. The annual event, long recognised as a meeting point for whisky enthusiasts and industry professionals, is expanding its scope through a collaboration with Wine & Sake Social by Jaddi Internasional, bringing different traditions together in one setting.
The programme will be held on 11–12 April 2026 at Park Hyatt Jakarta, with a preview series called Road to Whisky Live Jakarta 2026 offering an early look at the concept. The PRE-HEAT gathering at The Bar at Park Hyatt Jakarta sets the tone, presenting whisky names such as Aberlour, Kavalan, Kanosuke, Tamnavulin, Keris, Mijenta, Código 1530, and Corralejo. Alongside them, wine and sake labels including Black Stallion, Château Carbonneau, Pierre Chainier, Marrenon, Lake Chalice, Vasse Felix, Piccini, Born, and Dassai broaden the tasting experience. This mix highlights how the event is no longer centred on whisky alone but on placing different categories side by side.
As in past years, Whisky Live Jakarta will continue to feature brand showcases, tasting sessions, and masterclasses, offering opportunities to meet and learn directly from global figures. The addition of Wine & Sake Social introduces a new dimension, opening space for comparisons and conversations that rarely happen within a single event. Agung Sentosa, Director of Whisky Live Indonesia, described the change as a natural step, widening the perspective of the platform. With this approach, Whisky Live Jakarta 2026 positions itself not only as a celebration but also as a place for exchange and learning, reflecting how people today choose to experience drinks with variety and craftsmanship at the centre.
