Maggie’s in Singapore has always been more than a place to eat and drink—it’s a spot where time slows down, stories come alive, and every evening feels like a memory waiting to happen. This season, the nostalgic restaurant introduces a refreshed menu that brings together old favorites and bold new choices. The updated dishes and drinks are meant for guests who enjoy both tradition and a little adventure, with each item carefully prepared to offer deep flavor and character.

One of the highlights is the new cocktail menu themed “The Aunties Have Lived”, which celebrates women with flair and resilience—those who’ve danced through decades with unapologetic confidence. The drinks are based on classic cocktails but given a fresh twist. There’s Busty Bonnie, a playful blend of Bombay Sapphire, melon liqueur, citrus, and dill. Cough Drop Connie offers sultry depth with brandy, bourbon, Pi Pa Gao, and citrus. Luscious Lucy adds mystery with longan red date-infused gin, Campari, and vermouth, a bittersweet twist on the classic Negroni.

From the kitchen, Chef reinvention takes center stage with new dishes that turn familiar ingredients into stories told through texture and spice. The Fortune Seabream Crudo features delicate Kyushu seabream with Chinese pickled greens. The Drunken Red Prawn Crudo mixes red prawns with aged Shao Xing wine. For those who like intensity, the Spicy Wagyu Tartare blends wagyu oyster blade with fermented chili. Hearty offerings continue with the Roasted Xin Jiang Lamb Shoulder, Secreto Iberico Chop and Duck & Sesame Cold Noodles.

Dessert brings quiet surprise. The White Corn Pudding & Cucumber Shaved Ice includes sencha and meringue for soft sweetness, while the Straciatella Chinois pairs smoked straciatella cheese with black bean chili relish and fried Chinese crullers for crispy contrast. Some of Maggie’s favorites also return with new spark, like the Bacon Furu e Pepe Rigate and the Lucky 8 Firecracker Fritto

At Maggie’s, each dish and drink is an invitation to lean in, savor slowly, and embrace flavor with feeling. The aunties have lived—and the menu reflects every laugh, every story, and every unforgettable night.
