Conrad Bali is marking the Chinese New Year with a special culinary collaboration, partnering with Fu Shou, a local brand known for its authentic Chinese Bakmie Karet. Following past partnerships with Djie Tjap and Brew Me Tea, this collaboration highlights the resort’s commitment to culinary excellence and sustainability while offering guests a taste of traditional Chinese flavors.
On January 29, 2025, guests at Conrad Bali’s breakfast buffet can enjoy Fu Shou’s signature dishes, including Bakmie Karet Ayam Kampung, Hainan Chicken Rice, Bakmi Rujak, and Bakso Goreng. The dishes will be prepared using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, reflecting both brands’ emphasis on authenticity and quality.
The celebrations will also include a Chinese New Year Dinner at SUKU Restaurant on January 28, 2025. Priced at IDR 892,000++ per person, the event will feature a selection of traditional Chinese dishes alongside live cultural performances, including a lion dance. Designed as a family-friendly affair, the dinner embraces the themes of joy and transformation associated with the Year of the Wood Snake.
