Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is shifting its focus to regional flavors and seasonal wellness for the upcoming summer months, introducing a series of curated experiences that run through August 2026. The property is anchoring its seasonal identity around the culinary heritage of the city, transitioning from local street-food inspirations to classic European dining, and concluding with wellness practices rooted in local tradition.
The centerpiece of the culinary lineup is a reimagined approach to classic Hong Kong tea restaurant staple flavors. Executive Pastry Chef Ringo Chan has developed a selection of frozen desserts at The Lounge, highlighted by an ice cream that replicates the distinct, toasted aroma of a neighborhood bakery’s pineapple bun, paired with malted soy milk flavors that evoke local childhood nostalgia. For guests seeking contrasting profiles, the menu includes “Choco-Nuts and Honeycomb Toffee”, a rich dark chocolate option with honeycomb toffee and “Tropical Island”, a fruit-forward variation combining toasted coconut ice cream with soursop sorbet. Nearby at the outdoor pool area, the beverage concept takes a communal approach, Sommelier Danny Chan offering customizable carafes of wine-based sangria deepened with cognac, allowing visitors to adjust the fresh fruit and herb balances to their liking.
Beyond these seasonal additions, the property maintains its year-round dining portfolio, which consolidates several high-profile concepts under one roof. This includes classic French gastronomy at Caprice, traditional Cantonese cuisine at Lung King Heen, and contemporary mixology at ARGO.
Alongside these dining venues, the hotel is integrating harbor-side leisure and physical activity into its schedule, granting overnight guests access to outdoor swimming facilities overlooking Victoria Harbour as well as preferred booking arrangements at Padel Central, an open-air racquet sports venue located a short walk away along the Central Harbourfront. The final element of the program focuses on recovery at the wellness center, where treatments emphasize regional healing philosophies through a two-hour traditional Chinese medicine therapy utilizing a herbal foot soak, heated mugwort tools, and sandalwood oils, complemented by modern red-light recovery sessions and evening sound therapy timed to the monthly lunar cycle.
