Pizzaria at Hyatt Regency Bali has introduced the Italian Kitchen Party, bringing an Italian market-inspired dinner experience to the restaurant’s garden in Sanur every Saturday evening. The weekly event combines live cooking, cocktails, entertainment, and family-friendly activities in an open-air setting.
The evening takes its cues from the atmosphere of an Italian market, with warm lighting and food stations spread throughout the garden. Guests can move between the stations or settle in for dinner while chefs prepare dishes around them.
One of the main features is the Live Risotto Show Cooking, where chefs prepare risotto fresh to order before a signature bell signals that it is ready to serve. Freshly prepared cakes are also brought around the garden throughout the evening, adding another element to the roaming food service.
Drinks are part of the experience as well. Through the Beverage Journey, bartenders bring a trolley to the tables and prepare selected cocktails in front of guests. Later in the evening, the Bartender Flair Show adds a theatrical element, with bartenders performing a fire-focused routine.
Families can also make use of the dedicated Kids Corner, which features interactive games and chef hats for children, giving younger guests their own space while parents dine and enjoy the evening.
The Italian Kitchen Party takes place every Saturday from 6:30PM to 9:30PM at Pizzaria, Hyatt Regency Bali.
