Rounding out the last quarter of 2023, Iron Fist is releasing its latest lineup of four New Seasonal Items. These new menu items will cater to every palate of every customer, both old and new to Iron Fist. From the succulent grilled briskets, the sweet taste of tiger prawns, the rich, gamey taste, with a hint of sweetness of the Peking duck, all the way to the mildly fishy flavor that is savory and lightly sweet flavors of Odeng, these new menu items have it all.
First on the lineup is the Surf n Turf Egg Chiffon Rice which offers the best of land and sea on one plate with its sweet and savory beef bacon char siu, succulent Peking duck and only the best tiger prawns on a bed of steamed rice with a generous drizzle of orange sauce over a blanket of chiffon egg.
Next up is the Fish and Go. Here’s where it gets funky. Combining an Italian staple with Chinese cuisine. All of the familiar taste of the beloved Aglio e Olio with the addition of a Barramundi tempura, lemon zest cheese sauce, beef bacon, Champignon mushrooms, parsley and of course the star of the dish, the noodles.
Third on the menu is Odeng Meesua. Wheat vermicelli or better known as Misua might be the main attraction of this dish but don’t discount the supporting cast which features K-style delight – the odeng, Gobo root chips, Mexican chili oil, syrupy egg soy sauce, and fried oysters.
Last but not least, there’s the Grilled Brisket Claypot Rice which incorporates super succulent grilled beef brisket cutlets with eggs over easy, pickled onions, togarashi and a serving of char siu sauce over a plate of white rice. All of the New Seasonal Items will be available at Iron Fist on October 13, 2023.
