“Everything I am, I owe to pasta.” Pasta is the comfort food of choice for millions of people worldwide, and for me, fresh homemade pasta is one of the ultimate comfort food (not to say that dry pasta aren’t good). Fresh pasta has a silky yet springy texture and a rich, almost buttery egg-yolk flavor far superior to store-bought pasta. Fresh pasta has a richer texture; it’s generally thicker – yet softer than dried pasta.

If you’re planning to indulge yourself in some homemade pasta, look no further because we have curated some of the places that serve homemade pasta in Jakarta!
