One year after T’ang Court first opened its doors at the Langham Jakarta, the restaurant has introduced Jakartans to a vibrant culinary experience. The restaurant has established itself as the ultimate destination for those who appreciate authentic Cantonese flavors. With its original location in Hong Kong holding three Michelin stars, the Jakarta branch offers a luxurious setting, from its regal design to its meticulously crafted menu.

Perched on the 61st floor, facing north and east, every table in T’ang Court is graced by breathtaking views of the Jakarta skyline. Whether diners choose the elegant dining area or opt for one of the opulent private rooms, they are guaranteed one of the most picturesque Cantonese dining experiences. Adding to the allure is the restaurant’s Tang Dynasty-inspired interior, adorned with elegant blue hues and captivating ethnic crafts and arts.

"Four Hand Feast" - A Collaboration between Oriental Cuisine Powerhouses

To celebrate T’ang Court’s first anniversary, a special 8-course of refined Cantonese and Shanghainese set menu will be available from October 25th to October 29th, 2023. This exclusive menu is meticulously curated by two exceptional Chinese culinary artisans: Executive Chef Chong Kooi Sam of T’ang Court Jakarta and Chef Yvonne Yuen of YY Private Dining.

Chef Yvonne, drawing from her deep-rooted Shanghainese heritage, brings an abundance of knowledge and expertise that has been passed down through her family for generations. Meanwhile, Chef Sam, originally from Hong Kong, shares a similar cultural background, and together, they present a delightful series of dishes that skillfully combines Chef Sam’s expert Cantonese cooking techniques with Chef Yvonne’s heartfelt passion for Shanghainese home cooking. The menu promises a harmonious fusion of flavors that pays homage to their cultural background.

One of the signature innovations featured on the menu is the use of seasonal Hairy Crab ingredients that is set as a more approachable dish in a home cooking style ala Chef Yvonne. The dish is perfectly created with a touch of elevated cooking skills by Chef Sam that ensures the quality standard expected at T’ang Court. The set menu, available for both lunch and dinner, showcases the following Cantonese delicacies:


– Homemade Beancurd and Morel Mushroom in Sesame Oil
– Marinated Crab Meat with Yellow Chinese Wine
– Hairy Crab Xiao Long Bao
– Braised Bird’s Nest with Hairy Crab Roe, Crab Meat & Gold Leaf
– Stew Star Grouper with Homemade Fermented Yellow Pepper & Bean Sauce
– Pan Fried Short Ribs with Honey Glazed
– Stir Fried Asparagus with Truffle Sauce Topped with Lotus Root Stuffed with Prawn
– Crispy Rice with Hairy Crab Roe and Crab Meat Sauce
– Thai Coconut Pudding & Crispy Fried Milk Roll


The special anniversary Set Menu is available at IDR 2,388,000++ per person, including our exquisite cocktail creations that perfectly complement the 8-course set menu of this Four Hands Feast.
