Oliverra, the clifftop restaurant and bar at Umana Bali, LXR Hotels & Resorts, is introducing Sunday at Oliverra, a new collaborative brunch series that brings guest chefs, mixologists, winemakers and selected lifestyle creatives to its established Mediterranean Sunday Brunch.

The series will introduce different creative perspectives through food and drinks while keeping the restaurant’s Mediterranean brunch at the center. The first edition takes place on Sunday, October 18, 2026, with mixologist Dré Masso, who will present three signature cocktails shaped by his international career and long-standing connection to Indonesia.

The Sunday brunch centers on a Mediterranean spread designed for sharing and a leisurely afternoon overlooking the Indian Ocean. The menu moves from seafood, antipasti, handmade pasta and risotto to dishes prepared over the Josper grill and wood fire.

For the first collaboration, Masso will serve three cocktails alongside the brunch. Needle Drop Daiquiri, originally created for the opening of Blue Note Jazz Club London, combines Nusa Caña Tropical and Coconut Rums with clear citrus and fresh rosemary.

Indo Punch draws on the region’s rum heritage, bringing together Nusa Caña, dark and spiced rums, Batavian Arrack, pressed pineapple, fresh lemon and nutmeg. The third cocktail, Bali Coffee, combines Nusa Caña Coffee Rum, Licor 43, espresso and dark chocolate notes.

Masso has spent more than three decades in the international bar industry, with a career spanning London and Asia. He is a global advocate for Nusa Caña Rum and co-creator of Nusa Caña Coconut Rum, and previously led beverage programs for Potato Head. In 2025, he received the Best International Brand Ambassador award at the Spirited Awards during Tales of the Cocktail in New Orleans.

“Sunday at Oliverra gives us a way to keep the brunch evolving while staying true to what guests already come here for: generous food, an easy pace and a strong sense of place,” said Nicolas Kassab, General Manager of Umana Bali, LXR Hotels & Resorts. “Dré was a natural choice for the first collaboration. His work is international in outlook, but closely connected to Indonesia, and that balance sits very naturally with Oliverra.”

The Sunday brunch menu includes a Cold Seafood Platter with river prawns, fresh oysters, Papua crab, coconut-cured seabream, yellowfin tuna and caviar. Other highlights include Hamachi Crudo with fennel, mullet roe and kaffir lime, and Seafood Risotto with grilled river prawns and a shellfish base.

From the Josper grill, the menu features Octopus with kale, smoked eggplant and beet foam, as well as Wagyu Tokusen Striploin M5 served with potato espuma and red wine jus. The brunch concludes with artisan cheeses, including locally produced varieties, and miniature creations from the pastry kitchen.

Sunday at Oliverra with Dré Masso will take place on Sunday, October 18, 2026, from 11am to 3pm at Oliverra, Umana Bali. The experience is priced at IDR 950,000++ per person, including the Mediterranean Sunday Brunch and one signature cocktail by Dré Masso. Advance reservations are recommended.
