Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach is preparing for the 2026 festive season with a series of Christmas and New Year dining experiences at Makase and SugarSand. The program includes buffet dinners and brunches, multi-course meals by the beach, live entertainment and a New Year’s Eve countdown overlooking the ocean.
At Makase, the resort’s all-day dining restaurant, the celebrations center on generous buffet spreads featuring local and international dishes. Meanwhile, SugarSand offers a seaside setting for festive dinners and a countdown party to welcome 2027.
Christmas and New Year Buffets at Makase
Makase will host three festive buffet events, starting with its Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner on 24 December 2026. Doors open at 6pm, with 15 stations featuring a selection of local and international dishes. The evening also includes a complimentary aperitif, live music and a fire dance performance. The dinner is priced at IDR 1,199,000++ per person.
On Christmas Day, 25 December, Makase will serve a Christmas Day Buffet Brunch from 12.30pm. The spread features more than 14 stations, with dishes including roasted honey pork belly ham and beef wagyu, alongside gelato for younger guests. Live cooking stations and seasonal dishes will be accompanied by live acoustic music. The brunch is priced at IDR 1,199,000++ per person.
For New Year’s Eve on 31 December, the restaurant will host a buffet dinner from 6.30pm, featuring 20 stations. The selection ranges from picanha skewers and fresh pasta to salads and Chinese comfort food. A live band and fire dance performances will provide entertainment throughout the evening. The dinner is priced at IDR 1,499,000++ per person.
Festive Dining by the Sea at SugarSand
At SugarSand, guests can celebrate Christmas with a multi-course dinner on 25 December, beginning at 6.30pm. The sharing-style menu is designed for a relaxed meal by the beach, accompanied by live acoustic music. The dinner costs IDR 1,350,000++ per person.
On 31 December, SugarSand will offer a New Year’s Eve Multi-Course Dinner from 6.30pm, priced at IDR 1,499,000++ per person. The evening combines dining by the sea with live entertainment, including a band, fire dance performances and DJs, leading into the midnight countdown.
Guests can also join the New Year’s Eve Countdown Party from 11.30pm at SugarSand’s Upper Deck and Kiosk Beachfront Deck. With DJ music and views of the ocean, the event offers a place to welcome 2027 under the stars.
Family Activities and a Bali United Collaboration
The resort will also offer complimentary Kids’ Festive Activities for children staying at the property. Activities will run from Christmas Eve through Christmas Day, and again from New Year’s Eve to New Year’s Day. Vegetarian dishes and special children’s menus are available upon request.
Adding another element to the seasonal program, Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach has collaborated with Bali United Media and Bali United Training Center on a cinematic feature starring a Bali United FC player. The film follows the player as he swaps the intensity of the football pitch for a resort dining experience, drawing a contrast between the demands of professional sport and the more relaxed pace of a Seminyak holiday.
All festive dining prices are subject to a 10% service charge and 11% government tax. Children aged six to 11 receive a 50% discount.
