Renaissance Hotels, part of the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio, is introducing a new collection of beverage rituals across Asia Pacific excluding China, bringing local ingredients, cultural traditions and creative collaborations into its Evenings at Renaissance experience.

Developed with award-winning Indonesian bartender Demitria “Demi” Dana Paramita, founder of HATS Bar Jakarta, the collection will debut during Renaissance Day of Discovery 2026, the brand’s annual programme focused on cultural curiosity and neighbourhood exploration. The programme runs across participating Renaissance Hotels in the region throughout October and November under this year’s theme, “Layers of Discovery.”

The new beverage rituals are designed around the transition from day to evening, using flavours and ingredients associated with local markets, botanicals and cultural traditions. As the brand’s first Beverage Rituals Ambassador, Demi worked with Renaissance Hotels to reinterpret familiar ingredients and regional traditions through contemporary drinks.

The new Punch Collection includes Blooming Flower, an interactive floral punch built around a shared citrus jelly ritual; The Night Market, which combines pandan, calamansi and tamarind; and The Silk Road, an aromatic drink featuring tea, saffron and spices inspired by the movement of flavours and traditions across cultures.

Other drinks will continue to be served at participating hotels beyond Renaissance Day of Discovery as part of the ongoing Evenings at Renaissance programme. These include Tropical Silk, combining passion fruit, lychee and tea, and Remedy, inspired by traditional recipes associated with comfort and care and made with house-made fruit preserves reflecting local tastes.

For Cristiano Rinaldi, Chief Lodging Product & Services Officer, Asia Pacific excluding China, Marriott International, the collection is intended to connect guests with destinations through familiar flavours presented in new ways.

“At Renaissance Hotels, we believe the most memorable discoveries happen when guests connect with the character of a destination in unexpected ways,” said Cristiano Rinaldi. “The evolution of Evenings at Renaissance brings neighborhood stories to life through the flavors and traditions that shape each destination. Demi’s ability to reinterpret familiar ingredients and cultural rituals through a contemporary lens reflects the spirit of Renaissance Hotels, creating new opportunities for guests to discover the neighborhood and the people behind it.”

In Bali, Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa will host Renaissance Day of Discovery from 31 October to 1 November, with activities including Navigator-led discoveries, local artisan workshops and a Punch Bowl Masterclass led by Demi. The programme will also feature Punch Bowl Rituals, live music and a traditional gamelan performance, alongside Pasar Senggol, a night market showcasing local culinary offerings, and a cultural performance by Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park.

At Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort, the programme will also take place from 31 October to 1 November. The “Malam Gemintang” programme will feature local artisans, hands-on workshops, culinary experiences, Punch Bowl cocktails inspired by neighbourhood night markets, a cultural performance and a fashion showcase by designers Neli Gunawan and Yusi Hendrawati. The programme continues on 1 November with a Blooming Flower Punch Bowl experience at R Bar.

The new beverage rituals will form part of the wider Evenings at Renaissance programme, with participating hotels across the region continuing to present selections from the collection beyond the Renaissance Day of Discovery celebrations.
