Hyatt Regency Bali has refreshed its Beach BBQ for the summer season, bringing a new setup and menu lineup to its beachfront in Sanur. Held four evenings a week, the dinner experience combines live-fire cooking with dishes inspired by the culinary traditions and ingredients of Indonesia’s islands.
The BBQ follows two different themes throughout the week. On Sundays and Mondays, the Nusantara BBQ focuses on Indonesian flavors, with dishes inspired by regional cuisine and traditional spices from across the archipelago.
On Wednesdays and Fridays, the Island Fire & Surf BBQ takes a land-and-sea approach, featuring grilled seafood alongside other selections prepared over open flames.
Live cooking stations are set up alongside the resort’s signature beach BBQ fire pits. The evening also includes live dance and performance entertainment, with guests dining directly along the Sanur beachfront.
The refreshed BBQ is designed as a casual evening dining option for groups, couples, and families, with the combination of open-fire cooking, Indonesian-inspired dishes, and the coastal setting forming the core of the experience.
The Summer Beach BBQ runs every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:30PM to 10PM at Hyatt Regency Bali in Sanur.
