The Westin Jakarta is introducing an Easter dining programme centred on a Sunday brunch at Seasonal Tastes, highlighting a selection of signature dishes and live cooking stations on the 51st floor of the hotel.
The brunch focuses on a buffet format that combines Western, Asian, and Indian influences, with dishes prepared across multiple stations to create a varied, ingredient-driven spread.
Roast Meats, Seafood, and Dessert Highlights
At the core of the menu is a selection of main dishes that move between classic roasts and seafood preparations. Among the highlights is Lemon Roasted Turkey, offering a citrus-forward take on a traditional Easter centrepiece, alongside Grilled Lobster Tail and a Salt-Baked Whole Catch of the Day, which emphasise fresh seafood and simple cooking techniques.
These dishes are complemented by a broader buffet selection, allowing guests to move between heavier mains and lighter options depending on the progression of the meal.
On the dessert side, the brunch includes a Tropical Basque Cheesecake, bringing a richer, caramelised profile with tropical notes, alongside other sweet selections that complete the experience.
Seven Live Cooking Stations
Seasonal Tastes structures the brunch across seven live cooking stations, each representing different culinary influences. The stations draw from Western, Indian, and Asian cuisines, offering a mix of made-to-order dishes and prepared items.
This format allows for a more interactive dining experience, where guests can engage directly with the cooking process while moving between cuisines and flavours throughout the meal.
Beverage Pairings and Add-Ons
In addition to the food offering, guests can opt for beverage packages that include cocktails, wines, draught beer, and non-alcoholic drinks, designed to complement the variety of dishes across the buffet.
A Buffet-Led Easter Dining Experience
While part of a broader Easter programme at the hotel, the brunch at Seasonal Tastes remains the central dining component, built around variety, live cooking, and a balance between classic Easter dishes and contemporary buffet selections.
The experience reflects a format that moves between traditional celebratory food—such as roast turkey—and more globally influenced dishes, offering a comprehensive spread within a single dining setting.
