For one night only on Tuesday, 27 January 2026, Lennon’s will host Spirits of Thailand, a guest shift that brings together bartenders, distillers, and drinkmakers from across the country for a single-evening showcase at Rosewood Bangkok. Taking place from 6pm to 11pm, the event highlights Thai spirits, regional flavours, and the people shaping Thailand’s contemporary bar culture.
Conceived as a collective showcase rather than a traditional bar takeover, Spirits of Thailand brings together representatives from 12 bars and nine local spirit brands. The line-up spans Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Samui, and other regions, offering a snapshot of how Thai bartending continues to evolve through locality, experimentation, and collaboration.
Participating bartenders include Phichayapha Laojanan of Nobu Bangkok, Pok Praphakorn of Garnish Samui, Gov Kitibordee Chortubtim of Wasteland Bangkok, Jane Kaew-Yod of Lay Phuket, Shaun Ling of Sundry, Kittikhun Inthabutra of Thuub, Phongsathorn Chaokitiwut of Shhh Phuket, Earth Parbun Bunragsatrakul of Brine Chiang Mai, Nitikorn Thanataweekool of Amaris, Nutch Sirijungsakul of Independence, and Napon Sodsai of Asia Today. Each guest will present cocktails built around Thai ingredients and locally produced spirits, reflecting their regional influences and personal approach.
Throughout the night, cocktails will range from island-inspired and fruit-forward styles to profiles influenced by northern herbs and highland ingredients. Rather than following a fixed menu, the guest shift format allows each bartender to present their interpretation of Thai terroir through individual drinks, served at a fixed price per cocktail.
Held at Lennon’s on the 30th floor of Rosewood Bangkok, the event continues the bar’s focus on vinyl-led listening culture paired with craft cocktails. Spirits of Thailand positions the venue as a platform for national collaboration, offering guests a time-limited opportunity to experience the diversity of Thailand’s bar scene in one setting.
