Bali’s café scene is about to get a lively twist as BRAUD Café welcomes Melbourne’s cult-favourite Saul’s Sandwiches for a three-day collaboration, joined by Bir Bintang Indonesia. Running from 26–28 September 2025 at BRAUD Café Seminyak and Uluwatu, the event brings a limited menu of four special sandwiches and a playful closing party to wrap up the weekend.
Marking BRAUD Café’s first-ever collaboration with an overseas brand, the menu will feature Saul’s signature style with four exclusive creations: Chicken Parm Sandwich, Smoked Pastrami Sandwich, Panko Prawn Sando, and a Crackling Pork Belly Roll, alongside one sweet treat, the Bounty Choux. To complete the experience, every sandwich can be paired with ice-cold Bir Bintang, available daily from 8 a.m. until sold out.
The finale, Sundown Sanga, takes place on Sunday, 28 September, at BRAUD Café Uluwatu. From 5 p.m. until late, guests can enjoy good tunes, free-flow Bir Bintang, outdoor games, collaborative merchandise, and sandwiches against the backdrop of a Bali sunset.
