You can’t go wrong with indulging in a French spirit this Valentine’s Day, and look no more because Gaston presents a glimpse into the city of love! Mon Amour, the 5-course degustation menu for two, will include US scallops crudo paired with gin-infused salmon gravlax, foie gras, lobster mousse dumpling, strawberry sorbet, Australian Wagyu Ribeye MB 9, and strawberry ice cream. The night on February 14th will also have a special jazz performance, table décor, and chocolate gift.

The “Toast to Love” package is best if you also want to reminisce about the good times in the past with your other half.
