From 9 to 15 September 2024, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a specially curated menu of Fujian dishes at JIA, the hotel’s renowned Chinese restaurant. Chef Chen, with his extensive expertise in Min cuisine, aims to offer an authentic taste of China’s southeastern coastal province.

Fujian cuisine, or Min cuisine, is one of the eight major culinary traditions of China, noted for its emphasis on fresh ingredients, aromatic soups, and a balance of savory and fragrant flavors.
