The head baker, Asger Skov Hansen, known for his culinary journey from Michelin-starred Søllerød Kro in Denmark to co-founding Copenhagen’s beloved bakery, Andersen & Maillard, now showcases his mastery at RÜSTERS Bakery. Launched in early August, this new bakery is set to complement RÜSTERS’ artisanal offerings. Guests can indulge in premium sourdough bread, delectable pastries, and exquisite cakes.
