The dish, Mie Ayam, is also known as Tyna’s signature dish, a recipe that she created herself, perfected together with Lucy in The Sky’s in-house chef. The Mie Ayam recipe itself was chosen by Tyna Dwi Jayanti specifically because of the many requests she received from her Instagram followers who were curious about the Mie Ayam she often shared through social media.
