The newest affiliate concept of JIA Group, La Terrace by Louise, the famed MICHELIN-starred restaurant of Chef Julien Royer, has announced a special event partnership with Trattoria Felino on September 11th (Wednesday) for a single night only. This exceptional dining experience offers customers the best of both worlds by fusing French flair with rustic Neapolitan cuisine. The evening’s allure will be enhanced by the expertly chosen cocktails created by Ratafia Rossi’s Simone Rossi to go with the French x Italian cuisine, and guests will be treated to heartfelt live acoustic music.

Trattoria Felino, a culinary tribute to co-founder and Chef Marcello Scognamiglio’s diverse global experiences, offers a cozy setting celebrating Neapolitan and Mediterranean flavors. Inspired by Naples, the trattoria presents an innovative menu highlighting the richness of southern Italian ingredients, featuring contemporary interpretations of classics like ‘focaccina nel ruotino’, classic pasta dishes such as “tubetti with cuttlefish and squid ragu” and meatballs inspired by Chef Marcello’s grandmother’s recipe. With shared plates spanning from seafood to the chef’s signature yellow chicken, the trattoria also boasts a curated selection of cocktails and wines, favoring southern Italian varietals.

The special menu showcases a mouthwatering array of dishes, including the Snacks Platter (HK$140 for two persons), featuring dishes such as Bruschetta with raspberry, Datterino tomato,and Lardo di Collonata; “Cannoli” with tuna, confit lemon, and capers; “Arancini” Mimolette with spices; and Egg Carbonara with crispy guanciale and pecorino, all meticulously prepared to captivate taste buds.

Other larger format plate offerings include Cappelletti (HK$248), highlighting red Sicilian prawns, burrata and caviar; Beef Tartare (HK$148) with bottarga and grilled toast; Grilled Hamachi Crudo (HK$128) paired with yellow peach and verbena, a classic Italian favorite Sweetbread Milanese (HK$288) served with rocket, confit tomato, and pine nuts; Grilled Monkfish (HK$258) accompanied by Amatriciana ravioli, lobster bisque, and cherry tomato; and a hearty Minestrone (HK$228) featuring vegetable consommé, mint, and truffle.
