A new dining option has arrived at Mall of Indonesia, SK Thai Kitchen. This marks the brand’s second outlet in the country, following its first opening in Depok earlier this year.
SK Thai Kitchen began in Singapore in 2018, with the idea of bringing everyday Thai food into casual settings. The menu is built around familiar dishes that highlight the balance of spice, freshness, and comfort that defines Thai cooking.
You will find a wide range of choices, from curries and soups to seafood and salads. Some dishes have already become favorites, including the Homemade Prawn Cake and Tom Yum Soup. The Massaman Chicken Curry served with crispy Thai prata adds another layer of richness, while sea bass appears in several variations—deep‑fried with sweet and sour sauce or steamed with chili, lime, and garlic. Mango Salad brings a refreshing contrast, and Mango Sticky Rice with coconut milk remains a classic way to end the meal.
The newest addition to the menu is Mama Pot, a dish designed for sharing. Served over a burner to keep the broth warm, it combines seafood, mushrooms, and egg with kaffir lime leaves and chilies. The communal style of eating turns it into a centerpiece, encouraging everyone at the table to join in.
SK Thai Kitchen also offers set menus for families and groups, reflecting its focus on meals that bring people together. With its mix of familiar favorites and new creations, the restaurant continues to build on the idea that Thai food is best enjoyed in company.
