At Café Mosaic, the hotel has launched a Hong Kong Kitchen Lunch Buffet available on weekdays from Monday to Friday. Inspired by Hong Kong street food and comfort classics, the buffet features seafood on ice, a selection of dim sum, and live stations serving items such as Hong Kong–style French toast and roasted pork belly. The lunch buffet is positioned as a weekday dining option for corporate lunches and group gatherings.
For guests on the move, Tuxedo Café & Pâtisserie introduces two all-day dining sets. The Brew & Bake bundle, available in the morning, pairs freshly brewed coffee with a choice of pastry, while the Go-Getter combo offers a coffee or tea served with panini options such as Chicken Caprese, Tuna Melt, or Buffalo Cheese Tomato. Both sets are available for dine-in and takeaway, catering to breakfast and midday pauses.
At TUX Bar & Lounge, the hotel rolls out Bubbly Sundays, a relaxed afternoon concept offering a two-hour free flow of sparkling wine on Sundays. Guests may also opt for sparkling wine by the glass, positioning the bar as a casual weekend destination rather than a late-night venue.
Meanwhile, the reopening of Equator is marked with a Beers & Bites promotion exclusive to in-house guests. The all-day poolside offer pairs buckets of beer with classic bar snacks, framing the space as a low-key option for guests looking to unwind between swims or during the afternoon.
