A new dining experience has arrived at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, offering you something beyond the usual night out. Called The Magic Table, this immersive show blends storytelling, visual effects, and food in a way that feels both playful and personal. They use 3D projections and interactive elements to turn the dinner table into part of the performance. As each course is served, the table comes to life with scenes that connect the food to a larger story. You don’t just watch—they’re part of the experience.

The show is led by Thommy Ten and Amélie van Tass, known internationally as The Clairvoyants. Their work in mental magic has taken them to stages around the world, including Las Vegas and America’s Got Talent. At The Magic Table, they bring their signature style to a more intimate setting, where each dish is paired with a moment of surprise or illusion.

The Grand Illusion Menu follows a five-course format, with dishes that are carefully prepared to match the tone of the evening. It begins with Beef Tartare, complemented by a velvety Foie Gras with Port Wine Gel and Black Truffle. Continued with Butternut Pumpkin elevated by premium Oscietra caviar. The main course features Beef Tenderloin and Lobster, served with citrus sauce and truffle purée. Dessert is a Chocolate Sphere with Poached Peach, designed to end the meal on a gentle, sweet note. For those who prefer plant-based options, The Enchanted Garden – Vegetarian Menu is available with Beetroot Tartare, Forest Mushroom, and Baked Celerias as the main dish. Children are also welcome, with a special Young Magician’s Feast Menu designed for younger guests.

The Magic Table runs from Wednesday to Friday, with two seatings each night at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong in Wan Chai. The show is presented in English and welcomes couples, families, and anyone curious to see how food and magic can come together in a new way.
