Australian hospitality collective Sorry Not Sorry has announced its first international tour, bringing its message of inclusivity and structural change to a global stage. Founded by award-winning bartenders Rachelle “Rocky” Hair and Jenna Hemsworth, the collective will host a series of bar takeovers, seminars, and community events across Asia and Europe throughout mid-2025.
Building on momentum from a successful national tour earlier this year, Sorry Not Sorry continues its mission to advocate for safer, more inclusive spaces in the hospitality industry. The upcoming international tour will include events in Singapore, Hong Kong, London, Edinburgh, and Paris, with additional dates to be announced.
“Our mission is to make safer spaces the standard, not the exception,” said co-founder Rocky Hair. “We’re not here to fix the system quietly, we’re here to stir it up, shake things out, and build something better. The conversation that we are trying to continue is not confined to Australia.”
The tour combines hospitality programming with purposeful advocacy. Events will include bar takeovers showcasing the team’s cocktail expertise, alongside fireside chats and panels discussing systemic challenges in the industry. In Hong Kong, Call Me AL will host both a bar takeover on 22 June and a discussion event on 23 June, as part of the Asia leg of the tour.
Co-founder Jenna Hemsworth emphasized the importance of visibility and collaboration in driving change: “Change can’t happen behind closed doors anymore. This tour is about visibility, joy, and showing the world what a more conscious and creative hospitality culture looks like.”
