One of the standout offerings during the month-long Pinktober campaign is the exclusive Pinktober Afternoon Tea, crafted by renowned Chef Kevin Lee. Held in the elegant Drawing Room, this signature tea ritual blends elegance with purpose, as each savory and sweet bite is carefully designed to represent the strength and grace symbolized by the color pink. Guests can indulge in an assortment of delicacies while enjoying a curated selection of fine teas. Choco-Berry Crunch Gateau: A New Signature Creation

From the pastry kitchen, Chef Kevin Lee will also debut his newest creation, the Choco-Berry Crunch Gateau, an exquisite cake that marries rich textures with delicate flavors. This dessert features a KitKat base layered with strawberry jam, fresh strawberry slices, and indulgent chocolate ganache. The cake is topped with smooth chocolate Chantilly and adorned with fresh strawberries, offering a balance between crunchy and creamy elements. Guests will have the opportunity to experience this dessert firsthand at Rosé Gourmand Deli, where Chef Lee will present the gateau during an exclusive tasting session from 3:00 to 4:00 PM.
