Chuleton

Chef Victor Taborda is thrilled to serve chuletón, the world’s most celebrated chop, renowned for its juicy and irresistible flavor. You can now enjoy this classic cut every day for lunch. The cut is offered at the price of IDR 330,000++ per 100 grams. During this month, guests can enjoy a very irresistible offer of paying only 500 grams and getting one kilogram of chuletón (not including side dishes). This promotion is available during lunch only from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Cake of the Month

For May, our skilled pastry chef, Claudia Urbaneja, has selected our Carrot Cake – a classic English dessert—as the cake of the month. This moist three-layered carrot cake, infused with cinnamon and ginger spices, is filled and topped with a creamy blend of cream cheese and mascarpone frosting. Throughout May, you can enjoy a 20% discount on the 20-centimeter whole cake, normally priced at IDR600,000+. Orders must be placed at least two days in advance to ensure timely delivery.

A-MAY-zing Cocktails

Throughout May, our bartenders have crafted a selection of signature cocktails with a refreshing, fruity, and aromatic twist to welcome the dry season in the capital. The first cocktail on the list is Bebida Isleña, offering refreshing, fruity, sweet, sour, and aromatic flavors. It’s crafted with 1800 Coconut tequila, Aperol-infused orange, Venezuelan rum, zesty lime, almond syrup, and simple syrup, all served in a tiki glass. Next is Rosa Y Afrutado, which delivers a refreshing and aromatic experience with a hint of basil. This cocktail has basil-infused gin, Menthe liqueur, lime juice, and simple syrup. Finally, there’s Ginebra Verde, a purple-hued summer cocktail that combines fruity, sweet, and sour notes. This drink has gin, peach- and cherry-flavored liqueur, cranberry juice, homemade dragon fruit syrup, and lemon juice. These cocktails are available daily, with prices set at IDR 210,000++, IDR 150,000++, and IDR 160,000++ per glass, respectively.

Life is Wine-derful

This month, Sudestada offers a selection of discounted premium wines. The May campaign, “Life is Wine-derful,” features a collection of wines from Marques de Riscal. These wines hint at the long cask-aging process and are widely known for their expressive notes with licorice, cinnamon, and black pepper aromas. Their remarkable complexity and concentrated fruit flavors make them a standout choice for wine lovers. The wine selection includes Marques de Riscal Proximo 2017, Marques de Riscal Rose 2022, Marques de Riscal Riscal 1860 2022, Marques de Riscal Rueda 2022, and Marques de Riscal Sauvignon Blanc 2022. Prices start at IDR750,000 per bottle, and these wines are available daily for both dine-in and takeaway.

Sudestada is bringing back the acoustic night. Starting 3 May 2024, live music will be performed every Friday from 7 p.m. onwards, featuring the talented Apricilia and friends.
