YUKI Bali is set to make waves internationally once again with its first-ever Japan takeover. Following a successful pop-up in Australia, the modern izakaya will collaborate with The Bellwood, a Tokyo bar recognized among Asia’s 50 Best Bars and The World’s 50 Best Bars.
Starting this February, at The Bellwood Cave will showcase YUKI’s take on Japanese-inspired cuisine and cocktails. Executive Chef Yudha Permana will serve a lineup of signature dishes, including Island Sashimi, prawn tempura, tuna truffle, grilled scallops, and wagyu striploin, all prepared with Japanese fire-cooking techniques. Meanwhile, Beverage Director Windu Tenaya will present YUKI’s signature cocktails, such as Lychee Lemongrass, Mad Matcha, Nin-Jin, and Pandan Butter, blending Indonesian flavors with modern mixology.
Yudha Permana, YUKI’s executive chef, will dazzle guests with a menu of signature dishes, including Island Sashimi, prawn tempura, tuna truffle, grilled scallops, grilled wagyu striploin, and more, each masterfully prepared using Japanese fire-cooking techniques.Meanwhile, Windu Tenaya, YUKI’s beverage director, will elevate the experience with a lineup of exquisite cocktails featuring creations like Lychee Lemongrass, Mad Matcha, Nin-Jin, and Pandan Butter.
