The romantic dinner will be started with a glass of sparkling wine or Champagne. Then, dive into the 5-courses the W Bali kitchen has prepared, made with the finest ingredients from land & sea. The 5-course menu will be priced at IDR 2,100,000++ per couple, starting the night with a snack of Sea Urchin, Free Range Egg, Creme Fraiche, and Brioche. Then, refresh the palate with the Borneo Crab Salad with Yuzu Mayo and Crispy Nori. The starter of Dry Aged Watermelon followed, served with almond tofu cream and luxurious Russian Sturgeon Malossol Caviar. The night’s main show is the Local Live Lobster main course, with lemongrass butter, ginger flower polenta, and pumpkin & balsamic puree. The sweet night will then be rounded by the delicate chocolate bonbons, served with local vanilla sauce and salted caramel gelato.
For extra indulgence, upgrade the dinner to a 7-courses meal. With IDR 2,900,000++ per couple, you get to savor the extra bites of amouche bouse, an Otoro Nigiri with Ponzu Gel at the start of the night, and end them with the petit fours after the dessert.
