The restaurant boasts an open kitchen offering guests a chance to be a little closer to action. Dishes are largely presented to be shared among the table, amplifying the communal experience. Helmed by the Director of Culinary Oscar Perez along with Chef de Cuisine Rizky Annisa and Executive Pastry Chef Kevin Lee, J.J.A. strikes a balance between premium and casual dining, taking cues from the great talents and techniques of the present and future, revealing a menu of remixes classics elevated to a new level. With a focus on the quality and seasonality of the ingredients, each menu is carefully curated to ensure the best and most genuine dining experience.

An array of exceptional cuisine at J.J.A. includes fresh Caviar Oscietra; Hokkaido Scallops with Kaffir Lime Oil, Avocado, Cauliflower, Salmon Roe and White Truffle Oil; as well as Burrata with smoked-burnt Peaches, Picked Onion, Mandarin and Passion Fruit Dressing. Popular classics such as Dover Sole is served with Brown Butter, Lemon, New Potatoes and Sea Bass with Salt Baked and Lemon Butter. The dessert selection features Couverture Chocolate 55% with Cocoa Nibs and Chocolate Ice Cream, Citrus Fruit Segment with Orange, Grapefruit, Bali Pomelo and Campari Sorbet. To complement the delightful cuisine, guests are invited to The St.Regis Wine Vault to explore their preferred label from one of Jakarta’s largest and most wellcurated wine list with more than 400 labels.
