The St. Regis Bar Bangkok is set to host the June edition of Cocktails, Tapas & Friends on 21 June 2026, bringing together bartenders and chefs from across Asia for an afternoon focused on cocktails, food, and hospitality. Held at The St. Regis Bangkok, the event continues the hotel’s ongoing social series that highlights collaboration within the region’s food and beverage community.
This month’s edition will feature guest bartenders Allen Fang from Shanghai’s Asian Flush and Adrian Xu from Shenzhen’s Bruma, alongside Brian Gonzalez, Beverage Manager of The St. Regis Bar Bangkok. Together, they will present a selection of cocktails created using spirits from the Bacardi portfolio, including Grey Goose, Bombay Sapphire, Dewar’s, and Patrón Tequila, complemented by Ruinart Champagne.
The event also places a strong emphasis on food through a collaborative tapas menu developed by Executive Chef Matteo Fontana and Chef Nina Sanda Win of The St. Regis Bangkok, together with Chef Rohit Sharma from Tapori. The chefs will present a selection of small plates designed to accompany the afternoon’s cocktail offerings.
Allen Fang represents Asian Flush, a bar known for its contemporary approach to cocktail making within Shanghai’s evolving drinks scene. Adrian Xu, meanwhile, brings perspectives from Bruma in Shenzhen, reflecting the growing influence of Southern China’s cocktail culture. Their participation highlights the increasingly interconnected nature of Asia’s bar industry, where guest shifts and collaborative events have become important platforms for exchanging ideas and techniques.
In addition to the food and beverage programme, guests can expect live DJ performances throughout the afternoon, adding to the event’s social atmosphere.
The June edition of Cocktails, Tapas & Friends will take place from 1 PM to 4 PM at The St. Regis Bar, located on Level 12 of The St. Regis Bangkok. Admission is priced at THB 1,999 net per person, including free-flow beverages and complimentary tapas. An early-bird rate of THB 1,699 net is available for bookings made before 14 June 2026. A Champagne package is also available at THB 4,199 net per person, while an à la carte menu will be offered throughout the event.
