The St. Regis Bali Resort is set to participate in the highly anticipated Luxury Group Dining Series by Marriott International’s Luxury Group, from October 4 to 6, 2024.
This regional dining series, which runs from September to November 2024, features six handpicked luxury hotels across Asia-Pacific. Alongside The St. Regis Bali, other participants include The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo; The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne; The Athenee Hotel in Bangkok; The St. Regis Mumbai; and JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach. Each venue offers exclusive, carefully curated culinary experiences, crafted by top chefs from across the region. The series is also tied to Marriott Bonvoy Moments, allowing Marriott Bonvoy members to bid for unique culinary experiences using loyalty points.
At The St. Regis Bali Resort, the event will include a two-night Michelin-starred dinner at the award-winning Kayuputi restaurant and a beachside barbecue, blending Balinese flavors with contemporary culinary techniques. This three-day dining event celebrates Bali’s culinary heritage while offering modern, fine-dining experiences.
Michelin-Starred Dining at Kayuputi
On October 4 and 5, Chef Arne Riehn from the Michelin-starred IGNIV at The St. Regis Bangkok will lead a two-night culinary takeover at Kayuputi. Chef Riehn’s Bangkok-based IGNIV has gained acclaim for its exceptional dining experiences and received its first Michelin star in 2022. During these two exclusive evenings, guests can indulge in signature dishes that showcase Chef Riehn’s renowned creativity and finesse.
Cocktail Creations by Mixology Maestros
In addition to Michelin-starred cuisine, guests will enjoy bespoke cocktails crafted by expert mixologists from The St. Regis hotels in Jakarta, Bali, and Singapore. The mixologists will host special bar takeovers on October 4 and 5, presenting cocktails that combine The St. Regis’s signature rituals with innovative pairings, elevating the entire dining experience.
Astor Brunch at Kayuputi
On October 5 and 6, Kayuputi will offer its lavish “Astor Brunch,” an indulgent celebration of Pan-Asian haute cuisine. Drawing on Bali’s “Nyegara Gunung” philosophy, which unites the mountain and the sea, the brunch will feature locally sourced ingredients, with a menu that includes premium delicacies such as wagyu, lobster, and foie gras. Guests will enjoy this culinary spread with champagne and caviar, set against the stunning backdrop of Nusa Dua’s beachfront.
Beachfront Barbecue Finale
Culinary festivities will conclude with an elegant beachfront barbecue dinner on October 6, helmed by Michelin-starred Chef Spencer Patrick from Harrisons at Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort in Port Douglas, Australia. Chef Patrick, known for blending Australian culinary techniques with Balinese ingredients, will craft a unique barbecue experience that showcases the flavors of the region.
