The Langham, Jakarta, is celebrating its three-year legacy of sophistication and elegance with its inaugural Culinary Month launch from September 5 to 27, 2024. This premier dining destination will host exclusive events and extraordinary dining experiences, showcasing exceptional culinary talent and collaborations with renowned chefs.
The Baccarat Dining Room
Kicking off the festivities, The Langham, Jakarta, will unveil the Baccarat Dining Room in partnership with Elite Grahacipta, an authorized dealer of Baccarat crystals in Indonesia. The exclusive venue on the hotel’s fifth floor promises a luxurious dining experience, reflecting the prestige and luxury of both brands. From September 6 to 7, the launch event will mark Langham Jakarta’s third anniversary alongside Baccarat’s 260th anniversary.
The Baccarat Dining Room will be adorned with exquisite Baccarat crystal elements, offering the perfect setting for special occasions, celebrations, and exclusive corporate events. Guests can indulge in a 5-course lunch starting from IDR 1,988,000++ per person or a 6-course dinner starting from IDR 2,188,000++ per person, including beverage pairing.
The Langham, Jakarta Culinary Month
The Culinary Month will also feature a series of special menus and chef collaborations at the hotel’s award-winning restaurants and bars. Notable events include an exclusive collaboration between Chef Maurizio Bombini from Mauri Restaurant in Bali and Executive Chinese Chef Sam at T’ang Court, offering a specially curated set menu merging Cantonese and Italian cuisines from September 12 to 14.
In addition, guests can look forward to an 8-Hands Dinner at Morimoto, showcasing the culinary prowess of Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto and a team of accomplished chefs. The event, scheduled for September 20, will present a 7-course Omakase dinner with premium Sake pairings, priced at IDR 1,788,000++ per person.
Furthermore, Tom’s by Michelin-starred Chef Tom Aikens will host Anniversary Brunch and Dinner buffets featuring iconic British-inspired dishes on September 21, followed by a Sunday Brunch on September 22.
The anniversary celebrations will culminate at ALICE with an exclusive dining experience featuring Michelin-starred Chef Jérôme Quilbeuf from Tokyo. Guests can savor Chef Quilbeuf’s signature French creations through a 4-course lunch or a 6-course dinner.
