The Langham, Jakarta is marking its fifth anniversary with a month-long programme of culinary collaborations, bar takeovers, wellness experiences, and stay offers. Running from September 3 to October 1, 2026, the programme brings guest chefs and bartenders to several of the hotel’s dining venues.
The anniversary programme opens at Artesian Bar Jakarta on September 3 with the sixth edition of ZEROSIPSGIVEN, featuring a guest shift by Penicillin from Hong Kong. Ranked No. 49 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2026, the bar will be represented by Agung Prabowo, Laura Prabowo, and Nans, who will serve cocktails from Penicillin’s programme.
The dining collaborations continue at Tom’s by Tom Aikens on September 9 and 10, where Chef Matias of COPA will join Executive Chef Diego for a six-course menu inspired by Latin American cuisine. The dinner will offer optional beverage pairings alongside signature creations from both chefs.
On September 18 and 19, Morimoto Jakarta will host an Italian-Japanese collaboration between Executive Chef Juntaro and Chef Marco Miglioli of Fog Restaurant. The two-night experience will feature an omakase-style menu pairing Japanese techniques with Italian influences, accompanied by sake.
T’ang Court Jakarta will follow on September 25 and 26 with new signature dishes from Executive Chinese Chef Fang. The multi-course lunch and dinner menus will be paired with selected wines and accompanied by traditional tea ceremonies and live guzheng performances.
The culinary programme concludes at ALICE by Tom Aikens from September 29 to October 1, with Chef Mauri taking over for an Italian-themed collaboration. Lunch and dinner menus will be offered alongside welcome aperitifs, signature cocktails, and beverage pairings.
Beyond its dining programme, the hotel is also offering an anniversary stay package throughout September. The 5th Anniversary Escape is available to guests booking a Deluxe Skyline Room or above, with 15% off accommodation, as well as savings on Chuan Spa, Afternoon Tea at ALICE by Tom Aikens, and selected Food & Beverage experiences.
The Langham, Jakarta opened in 2021. For its fifth anniversary, the hotel is using the month-long programme to bring together its dining venues, international culinary collaborators, and wellness offerings across September and the first day of October.
