Chef Clift and his team have crafted a menu that highlights seasonal ingredients. Diners can expect to find dishes like a Spring Pea and Mint Soup, a reinterpretation of the classic offering a burst of freshness. The Foie Gras Miele Feuille takes inspiration from the Italian classic, featuring foie gras paired with kumquat, black pepper, and star anise, all finished with a luxurious blood orange cream. Other highlights include a modern twist on the Italian antipasti, Vitello Tonnato, featuring pan-roasted veal tenderloin with a tangy cured tuna tonnato sauce and a spicy Radicchio salad.
