Showcasing Peru and Japan’s exquisite flavors and textures, everyone is invited to a culinary journey crafted by the talented Peruvian Chef Sandro Medrano. His expertise in blending traditional Japanese concepts with Nikkei cuisine will tantalize everyone’s taste buds and leave them craving more.
Be ready to be delighted with an array of infinitely light bites that will be prepared à la minute and served directly to the table. Starting with a tantalizing selection of cold appetizers, including the signature Tiradito Sake. Savour the delicate flavors of fresh salmon tataki, expertly combined with sweet chili tiger’s milk and kecombrang and topped with crispy sweet potato. Moving on to the hot appetizers, Roasted Bun is a must-try,
wrapped in a charcoal bun and filled with the comforting taste of grilled gindara miso yaki, sautéed vegetables, and creamy mayo wasabi inside. The delights do not end there; guests can revel in over fifteen selections of light bites throughout the night.
