Holt’s Café X Keng Eng Kee Takeover – July 15-17
One highlight is Singapore’s Keng Eng Kee’s pop-up at Holt’s Café, bringing one of Singapore’s most iconic seafood establishments to Hong Kong. Scheduled for dinner on July 15 and both lunch and dinner on July 16-17, the event will feature Chef Wayne Liew and front-of-house lead Paul Liew. Keng Eng Kee Seafood, a Michelin-recommended culinary institution in Singapore, will present eight special à la carte dishes. Highlights include Claypot Pork Liver Rice (HK$188), Coffee Pork Ribs (HK$228), Moonlight Hor Fun (HK$268), Chili Crab Meat with Man Tou (market price), and Deep Fried Goby with Keng Eng Kee’s special sauce (HK$428).
HENRY X Burnt Ends Bar Takeover – July 14-15
Guests can also enjoy Burnt Ends Bar’s pop-up at HENRY American steakhouse on July 14-15 from 6 PM onwards. Burnt Ends Bar, renowned for its innovative drinks and unique snacks menu, will offer five cocktails created by bartenders Louis Tan and Edwin Lopez. Highlights include Blackened Eggplant Punch, The Stocky Dog, and Sencha Milk Punch. All cocktails will be priced at HK$160 + 10%.
DarkSide X Wax On Berlin Bar Takeover – July 14-15
Wax On Berlin cocktail bar will pop up at DarkSide from 8:30 PM to 11:30 PM on July 14-15. Featuring guest appearances by Wax On’s Owner and Director, Sam Orrock, and Bar Manager Guste Paliukaite, the event will offer five award-winning cocktails priced at HK$180 + 10% each.
On July 16-17, DarkSide will showcase its signature themed Yin & Yang menu alongside its Classics Menu. These exceptional experiences curated by Rosewood Hong Kong set the stage for an unforgettable celebration of Asian bar culture.
