Chef Adhitia Julisiandi redefines the experience for meat connoisseurs with Rare Cuts, the latest culinary endeavor by SKYE.


SKYE Bar and Restaurant by ISMAYA Group is pleased to announce the latest addition to its culinary repertoire, a selection of rare and exclusive meat cuts that will take guests on a gastronomic journey like no other. From the rich buttery taste of marbled beef from Spain, flavor-packed lean deer meat to luxurious Châteaubriand, these meats are truly a cut above the rest and are exclusively available in May. 

The helm of this culinary journey is SKYE’s Executive Chef, Adhitia Julisiandi, who has carefully curated this exceptional selection of meats. Each cut has been sourced from the highest quality purveyors, ensuring that only the finest meats make it to the plate. All dishes come with a selection of artisanal salts, handcrafted butter, and various sauces.

For this May Specials, SKYE will highlight its handpicked selection of premium cuts, including melt-in-your-mouth Rubia Gallega (a 120-day pure grass-fed beef from Spain. Known for its marbling, which gives it a rich and buttery taste), Venison (Venison Tenderloin is a lean, tender, and flavor-packed cut of meat that comes straight from the farm-raised deer) and the delectable ChateauBriand (a luxurious Australian Wagyu Tenderloin.
