
Twenty years of service and food dedicated to promote gastronomy in Bali and around the world. Born in 2001, Mozaic has faced much crisis – the Bali bombings, the tsunami, the SARS, the earthquakes and now COVID-19 – and yet it has risen against all odds. It is the eagerness and focus of the team at Mozaic, led by Chef Owner Chris Salans, which has made this possible.
It is with the same eagerness that, despite the pandemic, Mozaic will be celebrating its 20th anniversary by partnering up with some of the leaders of the hospitality industry in Bali to host a gastronomic party with 6 chefs, 2 Mixologists and a DJ – Maurizio Bombini of Mauri, Putu Dove of Metis, Eelke Plasmeijer of Locavore, Mandif Warokka of Blanco par Mandif, Janet de Neefe of Casa Luna and Chris Salans will be joining hands to create a ‘Tribute to Mozaic’ tasting menu.
After dinner, mixologists Bili Wirawan, Mozaic’s previous head mixologist, and Kadek Wana of Metis will be collaborating with Diplomatico Rums to create some amazing cocktails to the tunes of DJ Danny Technici.
The theme of the night is ‘Foodies in Wonderland’, inspired by Alice in Wonderland. Mozaic Restaurant will be dressed up as a Magical Garden inviting guests for the night to dress in eccentric and colourful ways to bring the festivities to life. Dinner reservations will be available from 5.30pm until 9.30pm. Price for the evening will be IDR 950,000++ per person for the food only. An optional pairing of premium wines will also be available for the dinner.
