Peridot at The Henderson will host a special after-party during Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2026 awards week, welcoming leading bartenders from across Asia and Europe for a one-night guest shift on 29 July 2026.
The event, titled Friends of Peridot (Awards Week Edition), will take place at the restaurant and bar on the 38th floor of The Henderson, bringing together bartenders from internationally recognised venues for a series of back-to-back cocktail sessions throughout the evening.
The gathering comes shortly after Peridot received recognition from the Prix Versailles 2026, which named it among the world’s 16 most beautiful restaurants. Located inside the Zaha Hadid Architects-designed skyscraper, the venue was created by Studio Paolo Ferrari and features a “Natural Futurism” design concept defined by an olive-green palette, a sculptural marble bar, and more than 20,000 hand-set light fixtures.
International Bartenders Join One-Night Guest Shift
The evening will feature three guest shifts beginning at 7.30 p.m., with William Melo Camcam and Giselle Lee from Employees Only Singapore opening the programme. They will be followed by Riccardo Rossi of Rome’s Freni e Frizioni, before Darren Lim from Vender in Taichung concludes the night.
The event is supported by Perrier, Almave, Nikka Whisky, and Metabev.
Oaxaca-Inspired Cocktail Programme
Alongside the guest shifts, visitors will also have the opportunity to experience the latest chapter of Peridot’s beverage programme, inspired by the flavours and fermentation traditions of Oaxaca, Mexico.
The menu explores seasonal, terroir-driven cocktails that highlight regional ingredients and fermentation techniques, complemented by the venue’s plant-based tasting menu.
Peridot’s cocktail programme reflects the restaurant’s broader culinary philosophy, pairing contemporary mixology with ingredient-focused cuisine in a setting designed to blend architecture, design, and hospitality.
The Friends of Peridot (Awards Week Edition) after-party will take place from 7.30 p.m. until midnight on 29 July 2026 at Peridot, Summit 38, The Henderson, in Hong Kong’s Central district.
