Burnt Ends Hospitality Group has opened People People Brewing Co. at Resorts World Sentosa, introducing a brewery and dining concept centred on fresh beer, wood-fired cooking, and social dining. Officially opening on 15 April 2026, the 9,000-square-foot venue combines a working brewery with a food programme designed around beer pairing and communal dining formats.

Located within Resorts World Sentosa’s WEAVE development, the concept is built around a “tank-to-tap” brewing system where beers are produced and served directly on-site. Guests can observe the brewing process throughout the day, with the brewery integrated into the overall dining space.

The project is led by Dave Pynt of Burnt Ends Hospitality Group alongside Loh Lik Peng, Pete Thew, and Jason Moy, combining hospitality, culinary, and brand development backgrounds into a single venue concept.

Beer Brewed and Served On Site

The brewing programme is overseen by Head Brewer Nick Calder-Scholes, whose experience spans breweries across the UK, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. All beers are brewed in-house using custom-built equipment before being served directly from five 1,500-litre tanks.

The beer line-up is structured across four categories: Core Collection, Seasonal, Workshop Series, and Founder’s Reserve. Styles range from lagers and pale ales to IPAs, sour beers, and barrel-aged stouts.

Among the featured beers are the house PPBc Lager, brewed with Saaz and Tettnang hops, alongside a Passionfruit & Yuzu Sour and hop-forward California IPAs with citrus and tropical notes.

“Beer should feel inclusive and easy, but built on discipline and intent. At People People Brewing Co., it’s about creating something balanced and welcoming, something people can share and keep coming back to,” said Calder-Scholes.

Wood-Fired Food Designed for Pairing

Food plays a central role in the concept, with the kitchen built around live-fire cooking techniques inspired by Burnt Ends’ approach to grilling and smoke. The menu includes sourdough pizzas, rotisserie chicken, burgers, and bar snacks designed to complement the beer selection rather than overpower it.

The kitchen operates with two wood-fired systems: a Classico oven for pizzas and fast baking, and a Camino open-fire hearth equipped with a rotisserie and adjustable grills.

Signature dishes include Miso Beef Short Rib Pizza with tomato sauce and chimichurri, Lemon Thyme Roast Chicken served with jus, and Salt and Pepper Squid with green chilli and lemon aioli.

A Brewery Designed as a Social Space

The venue is structured as an all-day gathering space, with indoor and outdoor seating areas designed for casual visits, group dining, live music sessions, sports screenings, and brewery events. The space accommodates up to 180 seated guests and 300–400 standing guests.

The programming also includes recurring events such as Sunday SocialsSaturday Long LunchWoodfire Wednesdays, and Thirsty Thursdays, which feature brewery tours and guided tastings led by Calder-Scholes.

Ahead of the launch, People People Brewing Co. also introduced a membership programme offering access to exclusive beer releases, tastings, and opening events.

With its combination of on-site brewing, wood-fired cooking, and event-driven programming, People People Brewing Co. expands Singapore’s brewery landscape through a format designed equally around food, beer, and social gathering.
