Sudestada will make an appearance at The GAIA Hotel Bandung on 14 October 2023, for an exclusive dinner event. Chef Victor Taborda and Chef Juan Jara from Monomono Restaurant, both renowned culinary experts, will join forces at the prestigious five-star hotel. The four-hand dinner will present a delectable menu each borrowing the culinary signatures of each restaurant. Expect a mouthwatering selection including Picada, Angus Nigiri, Pulpo, Parrilla, and more.
Sudestada Cares
To celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Sudestada is delighted to collaborate with Lovepink Indonesia. As part of the corporate social responsibility initiative, Sudestada has created a uniquely crafted dessert by Chef Claudia Urbaneja – Pink Pavlova. 50% of the proceeds from this dessert will be donated to Lovepink, aiding in providing 10,000 complimentary breast ultrasound examinations for needy individuals. Lovepink Indonesia is an autonomous non-profit organization, with 99% of its members being breast cancer survivors. The Pink Pavlova dessert is available throughout October, all day, every day.
