Treat yourself with Italian black autumn Truffle with Carbonara Ravioli, Hokkaido scallop crudo, a smoked duo of Foie Gras, Wagyu Beef and autumn inspired dessert showcasing Raspberry, Pistachio and Prosecco Espuma.
Located in the heart of Seminyak Bali, Mauri offers an intimate dining inspired by the iconic Italian coast amongst the Southeast Asian setting. The restaurant reflects Chef Maurizio’s approach of keeping the integrity of ingredients as pure and authentic as possible in a stylish setting that exudes the Pugliese warmth.
A contemporary Italian dining with a touch of tradition where ingredients are handled with care to showcase their purest flavors. Aiming to use as much as possible homemade items from its collaboration with Balinese farmers, the restaurant offers a conscious cuisine that respects the ingredients seasonality and its origins.
“The Dining Room”, or TDR, was launched by Raffles Jakarta in September 2019. TDR is an innovative concept, which highlights a fully integrated show kitchen and a sophisticated main dining area with a view. As part of its launching momentum, The Dining Room presented a line-up of restaurant takeovers, guest chefs collaborations and culinary events every month for guests to experience. The debut event in September started with a Restaurant Takeover with Chef Ton from Le Du, Bangkok. The culinary adventure soon followed by famous restaurant and Michelin starred chefs namely, 3 Michelin star, Chef Julien Royer from Odette, Singapore, Chef Kirk Westaway from JAAN, Singapore, Chef Richie Lin from MUME are just some of the headlines last year as The Dining Room also plays host to the famous Wagyu Mafia Hong Kong, Locavore Restaurant and Mauri Bali.
